Welcome to Choice Medical Group

Choice Medical Group was founded in 1990 by a group of primary and specialty care physicians. This Independent Physicians Association (IPA) has been serving the High Desert Community for over 18 years.

The Group is supported by a team of highly-trained professionals and full time clinical personnel to include Medical Directors. The service area covers Apple Valley, Victorville, Hesperia, Oak Hills, Phelan, Barstow, Adelanto and surrounding vicinities. Our mission is to provide comprehensive and quality medical services with an emphasis on preventative healthcare.

Choice Medical Group is committed to delivering comprehensive healthcare services to High Desert residents. Choice Medical Group supports many non-profit organizations including the annual Today's Woman expo along with other community events, for the benefit of the High Desert communities.
